Banking : Head of Property and Security From 2020-05 To 2022-08
Duties
- Lead a team that provides facilities management support to the Branch, Corporate Office and Residence portfolios across the Business
- Manage implementation of Group physical security policy, guidelines and standards together with associated control environments to ensure the protection of our people, customers and assets
- Identify emerging physical security threats and put in place necessary controls
- Manage the governance and operations of contractual relationship with security service providers and strategic partners
- Develop and maintain a governance and assurance framework for security technology
- Work with Group Security and Group Property to ensure on going efficiency of local processes and operations
- Manage implementation of Group physical security and property policy, guidelines and standards together with associated control environments to ensure the protection of our people, customers and assets, and providing innovative and sustainable spaces.
- Manage budgets, planning, execution and delivery of preventative and reactive repairs and maintenance services for all owned and leased property across the Business.
- Manage budgets, planning, execution and delivery of capital projects in line with the property strategy and business transformation plans
- Manage budgets, planning and timely refresh of property related fixed assets (furniture, white goods, etc) in line with relevant fixed asset policies and capital expense plans
- Manage Supplier and Contractor performance & governance in terms of meeting KPI, SLA, and compliance targets
- Participate in the Business Continuity Crisis Committee
- Manage internal and external Stakeholder communication and engagement
- Manage business cases and related approval processes in line with relevant delegated authority limits.
- Manage reporting and escalation of all property-related processes and incidents
