Duties
• Communicate with customers via inbound calls or outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Offer daily operations and systems support to customers
• Verify functionality and compatibility of software components
• Install and configure computer software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Setting up accounts for customers, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising.
• Install, configure, and educate customers of Microsoft applications, operating system, and Software
• Empathize, sympathize, or apologize to customers when necessary.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely
• Document customers feedback on CRM
• Other duties as assigned and not limited to the above stated
