Duties
Design and development of learning interventions
SME engagement, needs analysis, facilitating internal and
external brainstorming sessions, research, applying ADDIE and iterative design processes, storyboarding, assessment building and design, gamification, storytelling and creating engaging instructional design processes
Development in Storyline and Rise, graphic design, complex gamification, video development in Camtasia and animation in After Effects
Quality Assurance
Editing of language, grammar, punctuation
Sense checking, flow checking
Language level and comprehension
Ensuring visual quality of images and graphics
Testing functionality of elearning products
Other functions
LMS admin and troubleshooting
Assisting clients with LMS issues on Blackboard, Canvas,
Moodle and Signify systems
Software simulations and tutorials
Technical software simulations and “try me” simulations
Data analytics
Retrieving and making sense of data off the Signify system
(internal testing) with the aim to improve learner engagement and spot issues in the elearning, flow or design of learning
pathways
