- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Buyer to join our team in the Bakery / Cooling Automation industry
- As a Junior Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting the purchasing and procurement functions within our organization
- You will be responsible for assisting with sourcing, negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies for the Bakery / Cooling Automation operations
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and obtain competitive bids
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers, shipments, or invoices
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
