- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead and oversee retail operations across high-performing clothing stores within the KwaZulu-Natal coastal regions
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store profitability, leading and developing store teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all operational areas
- This is a senior leadership role requiring strong retail management experience, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced fashion retail environment

- Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams including junior managers and supervisors
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
- Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention
- Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
