- Motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to support store management in driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards in a fast-paced clothing retail environment
- Will play a key role in supervising daily store operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of merchandising, stock control, and customer engagement

- Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams including junior managers and supervisors
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
- Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention
- Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
