Permanent - Internal Sales - Centurion - South Africa

Responsible for assisting customers with hydraulic seals and related sealing products, preparing quotations, processing orders and providing excellent customer service.

• Handle  customers enquiries via telephone, email and walk in customers

• Identify customers' requirements and recommend suitable sealing products

•  Prepare and follow up on quotations

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Assist customers with product information, pricing and availability

• Follow up on outstanding quotations and sales opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Develop new sales opportunities and increase sales

• Liaise with the warehouse, production and external sales teams to ensure orders are processed correctly

• Assist with stock and product enquiries

• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards the growth of the business

• Matric

• Previous internal sales, customer service or technical sales experience

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English – Afrikaans is essential

• Good telephone and communication skills

• Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail

• Customer focused with a positive and professional attitude

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team 

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Knowledge of hydraulic seals, O-rings, oil seals, pneumatic seals and related products

• Previous experience working with quotations and technical product enquiries

• Existing knowledge of industrial customers and suppliers
