Job Overview
- To manage the Open Mould, Closed Mould and/or Ancillaries section of the Technical Department by providing technical leadership, customer support, product development and continuous improvement.
- The successful candidate will lead technical projects, optimise formulations, support customers and commercial teams, and drive innovation aligned with company objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Technical Services team.
- Drive research and development of new and existing products.
- Optimise formulations to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Manage technical projects from concept through implementation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and branches.
- Investigate product-related complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver technical training to customers, sales teams and internal staff.
- Maintain technical documentation and formulation packages.
- Develop and mentor technical staff.
- Liaise with suppliers, licensors and industry partners to stay abreast of new technologies.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation and Green Technology initiatives.
