- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to achieve project objectives.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff and resolve complex technical issues.
- Evaluate new technologies, equipment, and engineering methods to improve productivity and innovation.
