We are a growing construction company delivering high-value residential and commercial developments. We are seeking a senior, commercially astute and qualified Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and lead delivery teams from inception, planning through to completion.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality and coordination across multiple sites, managing Site Managers, consultants, and contractors whilst reporting directly to the Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall programme planning and delivery across projects
- Budget, cost control, procurement, and cashflow management
- Coordination of architects, engineers, QSs, and other consultants
- Management of contracts, variations, and claims
- Client and senior management reporting
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards within country
- Reporting progress to the Directors on a regular basis
