We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Junior Production Coordinator to join our production team within the metal structure manufacturing and production line environment. Key Responsibilities
Production & Planning
- Assist in maintaining and updating production schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with live production changes
- Monitor production progress and report production losses or delays
- Support smooth operation of the production line
Quality Control
- Identify and report quality issues to suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of quality-related concerns
- Assist in maintaining production quality standards
Technical & Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers regarding technical changes and production adjustments
- Support implementation of approved technical changes
- Assist with problem-solving related to production and manufacturing processes
Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all levels
