The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, production, and operational functions within the food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute strategically to the company’s long-term goals.

1. Operational Leadership
- Provide hands-on leadership to production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
