• Seeking a skilled Food Technologist to join our team in the spice manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food science and a knack for innovation and experimentation. As a Food Technologist, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our unique spice blends through research, testing, and quality control processes.
• Responsibilities:
• Researching and developing new spice blends based on consumer trends, market demands, and client requirements
• Conducting sensory evaluations to ensure taste, aroma, and color consistency in spice products
• Testing and analyzing raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for quality assurance
• Collaborating with food scientists, production teams, and marketing professionals to bring new spice blends to market
• Implementing and maintaining food safety and quality control measures in accordance with industry regulations
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, advancements in food technology, and emerging ingredients in the spice manufacturing sector
• Key Skills:
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in the food industry, specifically in spice manufacturing or flavor development
• Strong knowledge of food chemistry, sensory analysis, and quality control processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in scientific research methods and data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
• Knowledge of industry regulations and certifications related to food safety and quality control
