Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving sales to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the poultry industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute SAM/KAM sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual benefit.
