Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to close sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from the initial inquiry to the final sale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new vehicles.

  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

  • Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.

  • Process all paperwork related to the sale accurately and efficiently.

  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build strong relationships and generate referrals.

  • Achieve individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
