Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Handle the full spectrum of order management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client orders for agricultural grains/chemical items.

Supplier Sourcing & Development:

  • Identify and engage with new suppliers while maintaining and strengthening existing supplier relationships. Negotiate pricing, contract terms to ensure the best quality grains at competitive prices.

Business Development:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural grains market.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and expand into new markets and regions.

 

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Drive sales growth, conducting negotiations to close deals, ensuring long-term, profitable relationships.

 

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics. Provide insights and reports to guide decision-making and strategy.

 

Reporting & Strategy Implementation:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on market conditions, sales performance, and supply chain developments to senior management.
  • Assist in implementing strategies based on these insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in agricultural trading, specifically in chemical items (synthetic rubbers, resins, plastics etc.) or grains such as wheat, maize, rice, soybeans, or similar commodities.
  • Understanding of global pricing structures, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and source reliable suppliers while building long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and strategy development
