Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Handle the full spectrum of order management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client orders for agricultural grains/chemical items.
Supplier Sourcing & Development:
- Identify and engage with new suppliers while maintaining and strengthening existing supplier relationships. Negotiate pricing, contract terms to ensure the best quality grains at competitive prices.
Business Development:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural grains market.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and expand into new markets and regions.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Drive sales growth, conducting negotiations to close deals, ensuring long-term, profitable relationships.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics. Provide insights and reports to guide decision-making and strategy.
Reporting & Strategy Implementation:
