- Cross selling on the existing database – Use a script to present information and explain available product
- Convert leads to sales - Looking for opportunities to bring on new clients – Explain products and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Capture new leads/clients on the CRM package
- Following up on quotations and consents issued
- Follow up on Campaigns & In-house servicing
- Explain products - Handle and overcome objections
Business Retention
- Capture Arrear premiums and follow up for payments
- Contacting clients with arrear premiums and focusing on keeping retention levels at or
- above 90% (Lapse ratios are not to exceed 10%).
