Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory
• Manage and grow existing customers’ basket of products.
• Cold calling.
• Ability to work to sales targets and Exceed sales budgets.
• Quotations.
• Handle and manage all customer enquiries.
• Always promote and market the business in a positive manner.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 essential and 3years Sales Exp in Business-to-Business Sales. Additional sales qualifications will be advantageous.
• Extensive experience in selling & knowledge of hardware & Tools is required (compulsory).
• Prospecting Skills.
• Customer Focus.
• Reliable transport & Valid Code 8 Drivers License.
• Reliable electronic device ( cell phone, tablet with reliable network and data)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English.
• Good communicator who can read people well and be persuasive.
• Must have Initiative and be able to work independently and as a team.
• Computer literacy.
• Solid track record of sales and references essential.
• Have good time management skills.
• Strong negotiator and able to handle conflict well.
• Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Pastel.
• Good administration skills including report writing.
• Basic + Commission for the first 3 months.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Report back to management all relevant information (electronic report, written and verbal).
