• The HR Specialist/Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing recruitment, employee relations, and supporting overall employee engagement and development.
• Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes in a professional and confidential manner.
• Administer employee compensation, benefits programs, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices in alignment with industry standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources
