Handling of incoming telephonic enquiries.
Telephonic sales.
Processing sales.
If customer requires Sales Engineer to call, acquiring sufficient information and arranging appointment for relevant Sales Engineer.
Compiling and submitting of quotes resulting from telephonic enquiries, following up of same.
Processing of all invoices, inter-branch transfers, jobs, etc.
Assisting branches with quotations where necessary.
Expediting of orders from branches and external sales and suppliers.
Technical coordination.
Branch liaison/support.
Compilation of Daily Figures reports.
Assisting with stock management system
Carry out minor repairs to instruments and /or valves in workshop.
Workshop repairs admin.
Follow up on branch quotes with branch internals or reps

N3 - N6 qualification in instrumentation or light current engineering an advantage.
(Minimum N3 or equivalent)

Strong Internal Sales experience in instrumentation sector
Technical sales background will be an advantage.
Instrumentation, pneumatic or electrical experience an advantage.
Knowledge of the instrument and industrial market an advantage
Ability to recognise pneumatic and electrical components and know their basic function.
