Reporting to the HR Executive, the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations as well as administration. Main Responsibilities Compiling and submitting of Annual Training Report and Workplace Skills Plan Compiling and submitting of Discretionary Grants Continuous liaison with Transport and Education Training Authority regarding quarterly and annual grant claims and any reports relevant to TETA. Manage Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Programmes. Compiling monthly training reports to present at monthly management meetings. Co-ordinating and Managing all (internal & external) training nationwide Managing Learnerships Managing the Recruitment Process administration Manage Skills Development including BBBEE process IR Administration HR Administration and record keeping Internal client service and query resolution System updating and data integrity HR reporting Management of the incapacity and disability process Management of the Death benefits process Manages the Performance Management process i.e ensure KRA’s are updated on system and all employees have KRA’s linked to them. Coordinate the long service awards Skills / Knowledge required Grade 12. Appropriate qualification (B Comm/ BA /IPM or Similar) Excellent Computer skills in all Microsoft and other applications. Computer skills in VIP will be an advantage. Knowledge and understanding Employee Benefits (Retirement Funds and Medical Aids) Understanding and working knowledge of all Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, OHASA, COID, EEA, NBCRFI Agreements). Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist and HR Admin experience. Excellent communication skills. A valid code 08 (EB) drivers license and own car. Training and Development experience 3 – 5 years Planning and organising.
