Knowledge and experience • Sound understanding of financial concepts • Proficient in the MS Office suite of applications • Advanced MS Excel • IT Service desk experience advantageous but not essential Attend meeting with the customer and telecommunications vendor account manager. • Responsible to take and distribute minutes as well as follow up on actions arising there from • Problem solving and solution generation for frustrated users • 1st Line Support • 2nd Line Support • 3rd Line Support • Financial Administration of customer vendor accounts • Weekend and after hours Standby (usually one week per month) • Data gathering custodian of clean data in Cherwell system • Regular and accurate progress reporting, written and verbal, internally and to customer • SLA performance adherence • Able to escalate effectively when the need arises • Write incident reports • Hold telecommunications vendors accountable to their deliverables. • Using 3rd party vendor systems o Vodacom o MTN o IS o Telkom
