Duties: Development of products, new or existing, based on principal formulations and
experience. Maintain formulation and technical administrative requirements on current
product range. Technical service to customers and sales force. Assist in business unit
analytical and production requirements through liaison with analytical and QC.

Duties
Duties: Understanding customer’s current and future needs and translating these into
potential product solutions. Manage, investigate and resolve technical customer
complaints and conduct follow-up with customers. Identify opportunities for
improvements with key suppliers and establish good relations with equipment suppliers.
Identify and generate opportunities for innovation. Full product and packaging
development against development brief. Compilation of product, raw material and
packaging specifications and maintenance thereof. Compilation of SOP’s for pilot plant
operation. Analysis of raw materials, blends and products to meet customer requirements.
Verify lab results and recommend formulation adjustments. Research and compile test
methodology for analysis of raw materials and finished products as well as innovation
projects.
Engineering : Technician From 2001-11 To 2002-12
Duties
Duties: Testing transformer oils (Identification and quantification of gases in
transformers). Involve in data capturing using LIMS systems and writing final reports.
Interpretation of the results and ensure quality assurance is in accordance. Calibration of
