- Managing the companies entire Quality Management Food Safety System.
- Everyday overall running of Quality Control of liquid and powdered Sweet and Savoury Flavours.
- Chairing and minute all Food Safety meetings & Management Review meetings.
- Drawing up requested documentation or reports for customers (e.g. CoA’s, specifications etc.) if requested.
- Dealing with Kosher & Halaal applications and audits.
