Duties
- Market and sell Information Technology equipment and services.
- Build and maintain long-term solid trusted relations with customers, through reliable service levels, and constant effective intervention.
- Work with and develop the customer relations data base and interactive client management and sales strategy planning tools.
- Develop, propose and Implement long-term and situational tactical sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Situational management and the ability to improvise in situations to succeed in the task or to create a future opportunity to respond with correct information.
- Regular client site visits.
- Persistence and commitment to winning, ability to focus on a sales goal and access the necessary work input to secure the business.
- Commitment to learning our products and the customers’ requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be capable of establishing credible relations with external/internal clients, senior and executive management, project and program personnel as well as subordinate staff, quickly and confidently as necessary.
- A willingness and capability to join this team as a full time, long term Team player.
- Report writing and communication skills necessary.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Thorough understanding of the sales cycle process and the ability to develop a sales plan, with execution strategies and ability to judge the sales success factors according to individual customers.
