Sales Support and Opportunity Development:
- Support senior consultants in identifying and developing sales opportunities for the company’s turnkey power solutions (including UPS, generators, batteries, rectifiers, cooling systems, distribution boards, rPDUs , and rental services).
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with end users, facility managers, and technical personnel to help position the company as a preferred provider.
- Learn to develop and update sales activities within the CRM system, supporting both new customer acquisition and existing account management.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and customer presentations under supervision.
- Help coordinate clarification meetings and follow-ups to support the sales process.
Customer Relationship Support:
- Support the customer experience by ensuring timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate flexibility to respond to customer queries outside regular hours when required, using company-provided tools.
- Log all sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates accurately in the CRM.
- Assist in gathering basic competitive and market intelligence.
Sales Administration and Reporting:
- Help prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
- Support market analysis and customer satisfaction tracking as directed.
- Track personal activity and progress toward learning and performance goals.
Product and Technical Learning:
- Develop foundational knowledge of secure power products and data centre infrastructure through training and collaboration with product managers and technical teams.
- Learn to apply product knowledge to recommend basic configurations that meet customer needs.
- Gain familiarity with the company’s capabilities and past projects to effectively support customer conversations.
- Participate in technical evaluations alongside the support team.
