To support and grow sales of slurry pumps and spares within the mining and mineral processing sectors by working closely with existing distributors and key accounts. The role combines strong sales ability with technical competence to help distributor partners identify opportunities, close sales, and provide customers with effective, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with appointed distributors and channel partners, supporting them with product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Conduct joint sales calls and site visits with distributors to promote slurry pumps, spares and technical problem solving.
- Provide technical support and product training to distributor sales teams.
- Assist distributors with quotation preparation, tender submissions, and project follow-ups.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing channels and new potential partners.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with company sales targets and brand standards.
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Liaise with internal engineering, logistics, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order execution.
- Achieve agreed sales, margin, and market growth objectives.
