Position: Junior Call Centre Sales Team Leader

Job Description:
  • We are looking for a proactive and sales-driven Junior Call Centre Sales Team Leader to join our Forestry industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents who generate sales leads, close deals, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Assist in training new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately processed and recorded
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience
  • Generate reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics
  • Duties:
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of forestry products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries
  • Monitor call centre operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Implement customer service best practices to enhance the overall customer experience
