Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company tank solutions in your target market.
- Generate leads through online advertising, networking, referrals, trade shows, or cold calling.
- Identify potential customers, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to uncover opportunities.
Contractor Engagement & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, installers, consultants, and customers.
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for all contractor enquiries. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve post-sales issues promptly.
Sales & Conversions
- Proactively convert contractor enquiries into company projects. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales while maximizing profitability.
- Deliver accurate, professional quotations supported by visual/technical documentation.
Technical Presentations
- Prepare general assembly drawings in Fusion 360 for each quotation (reflecting tank size, inlet/outlet positions, scour, overflow, ladders, etc.).
- Deliver live PowerPoint presentations to contractors to ensure clear understanding of scope, components, and installation requirements.
- Provide installers with correct drawings upfront to avoid delays and miscommunication on site.
Product & Technical Expertise
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s tank solutions (Rhino Tanks, FlexiStor bladders, DamCast precast systems).
- Present technical benefits, installation methods, and cost advantages in practical terms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with production, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation.
- Communicate customer requirements and provide necessary documentation to internal teams.
Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Manage all leads, opportunities, and projects in Odoo CRM.
- Track KPIs (orders, presentations, leads, referrals) and report progress weekly.
- Maintain accurate sales records, provide sales forecasts, and contribute to planning and budgeting.
Operational Responsibilities
- Opening and maintaining all project files upon receipt of sales orders.
- Ensuring that all materials are inspected prior to shipment.
- Preparing and submitting progress payment invoices.
- Coordinating and submitting the required safety file documentation.
- Overseeing and arranging concrete procurement for projects, where applicable.

- Experience: 5+ years in sales or account management (construction, water, civil, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Proven ability to manage contractor relationships and drive B2B conversions.
- Strong technical understanding; able to prepare drawings in Fusion 360.
- Confident presenting technical and commercial proposals in PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication, listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially astute and digitally fluent (CRM, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
- Soft Traits: Credible, trustworthy, persistent but not pushy, customer-centric, and consultative.
