Permanent - Customer Service Clerk - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

To provide a professional cus6tomer service to present and potential customers
Ensure that the customers needs are understood and met
Complete invoicing documentation accurately
Provide a co-ordinating role between customers, production and the warehouse to ensure that product deliveries are handled timeously and professionally
Ensure orders are loaded onto transport correctly and timeosly
Monitor stock holding against production outputs

Matric
A tertiary qualification in a related field would be an advantage
A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer focus
Professional telephonic manner
Organised and efficient
